CAREER COACHING

Making a successful transition to civilian work and life is the primary goal of most veterans who enroll in university programs. VVC provides career coaching, focused on goal identification and transition to help. Working in partnership with each university, VVC implements a coaching rubric that includes 1:1 sessions for students and awareness-building sessions for faculty. We also develop a close understanding of available pathways from the university’s academic programs to rewarding work, helping students find the fit that is right for them.
