Career Coaching

Making a successful transition to civilian work and life is many military-connected students’ primary goal. VVC provides career coaching, focused on goal identification and transition to help. Working in partnership with each university, VVC implements a coaching rubric that includes 1:1 sessions for students and awareness-building sessions for faculty. We also develop a close understanding of available pathways from the university’s academic programs to rewarding work, helping students find the fit that is right for them.
